IS IT SAFE?
Provided you follow all safety rules, mini-golf is a safe and fun activity enjoyed by millions of people worldwide starting in the 1800s. Mini-golf can be enjoyed by people aged 5 & up. All participants golf at their own risk.
DO WE RESERVE A TEE TIME?
No. Just arrive, play, and have a great time!
CAN I BRING MY OWN PUTTER?
Yes. But ours are pretty cool and they glow under the blacklights.
CAN I BRING FIREARMS?
No firearms or weapons are allowed on the property. Please leave them at home or secure them in your vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, anytime, for any reason.
DO YOU SELL FOOD OR DRINKS?
We sell bottled water and sports drinks in the lobby. Only bottled water is allowed inside the mini-golf course.
CAN WE BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?
Outside food and drinks are only allowed if you rent the party/events room. Only bottled water is allowed inside the mini-golf course. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the building.
IS THE MINI-GOLF COURSE MONITORED?
Yes! The course has multiple security cameras monitoring at all times and our personnel roam the course at irregular intervals.
CAN I GOLF WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE?
No! If we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs we will refuse you service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, anytime, for any reason.
ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! We also have a very limited quantity of special putters available, please ask at the front desk.
DO YOU ALLOW ANIMALS IN THE BUILDING?
Only real service animals are allowed. We know the difference. Service animals are NOT allowed on the mini-golf holes (claws may damage the mini-golf turf), but they may walk in the aisles between the holes.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR MINI-GOLF?
We recommend ages 5 and up.
CAN I LEAVE MY CHILD UNATTENDED?
All children must be supervised by an adult. We are not responsible for unsupervised children. Do not leave your children unattended at any time.
DO YOU HAVE AN ATM MACHINE?
No, but you can make any purchases with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Debit Card.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I PLAY THE COURSE AGAIN AFTER I FINISH THE FIRST ROUND?
Yes. The second round is 50% off but must be played immediately following the first round.

CAN WE COME IN FOR A PARTY WITHOUT A RESERVATION?
No. Our party room is available with a reservation only. No parties or food are allowed without renting the party room. Information can be found HERE.
DO YOU HAVE TABLES TO JUST ENJOY CAKE ON?
No. Outside food or drink is only allowed with a paid party room reservation.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE THE PARTY ROOM?
Yes, we reserve your party after we receive a non-refundable deposit via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Your deposit is applied to your party balance.
WHAT WILL OUR SCHEDULE OF EVENTS LOOK LIKE FOR OUR PARTY?
Our parties start promptly 15 minutes after your scheduled time slot. Guests play mini golf for 30 minutes, then enjoy party food back in the private room for 30 minutes, a 2nd round of mini golf for 30 minutes, then back in the room for the conclusion of the party(gifts/dessert). The total party time is 2 hours.
DO YOU SELL FOOD FOR PARTIES/EVENTS?
No. But many local restaurants will deliver to our location.
DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS?
We do allow outside food and non-alcoholic beverages when reserving our party room only. Many local restaurants will deliver food to our location.
CAN WE BRING DECORATIONS?
Yes! But our rooms are decorated already. We welcome balloons. We strive for cleanliness, so we do NOT allow the use of confetti, Silly String, glitter bombs, glitter paint, or taping of items to our walls or ceiling.
DO YOU PROVIDE A PRIVATE PARTY HOST?
YES! You will have your own private party host. They will assist you in having a one-of-a-kind experience! They are not allowed to serve food, but they will help you clean up after your party!
CAN I CHANGE MY PARTY PACKAGE AFTER I RESERVE IT?
Yes, we are happy to assist you in making changes to your party date if you provide us with at least 14 days’ notice. We understand LIFE HAPPENS… Party deposits are non-refundable, however, we can typically change the date of your party to the future if an emergency arises.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RESERVE A PARTY?
Yes! Our birthday guests must be at least 5 years old or turning 5 for the reserved party. In our experience, they can understand the concept of mini golf and staying together as a group which makes for a more enjoyable party for parents and Glow Golf Island guests alike.
